NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES FOR REPAIR PARTS ONLY IF THE PART IS DEFECTIVE (NOT FOR CANCELLED REPAIR JOBS) AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT WITH US (AND WE HAVE A VALID SALES TAX ID ON FILE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT). ALL PARTS MUST BE TESTED BEFORE INSTALLATION. ONCE THEY ARE INSTALLED, THEY ARE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT/EXCHANGE. WHEN TESTING, IF ANYTHING SEEMS WRONG, YOU MUST BRING IT BACK WITH NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND WITH ALL PLASTICS ATTACHED FOR EXCHANGE. THIS IS OUR STORE POLICY AND MAY NOT REFLECT THE POLICY OTHER WHOLESALERS HAVE. WHEN PURCHASING PARTS FROM US, PLEASE NOTE,  THIS IS THE POLICY. DEFECTIVE PART MUST BE SWAPPED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ACCESSORIES. ALL REPAIR JOBS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ANYONE THAT PURCHASES A PART IN ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR IT ON THEIR OWN. ONCE YOU BUT THE PART, IT IS YOURS!

30 DAY WARRANTY ON REPAIRS COMPLETED BY US WHEN OUR PART IS USED FOR INSTALLATION. THE 30 DAY WARRANTY CAN ONLY BE HONORED WHEN THE IMEI IS PROVIDED IN ITS ENTIRETY. THE 30 DAY WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY REPAIR THAT REQUIRED SOLDERING, IS LIQUID DAMAGED, OR HAS A BENT FRAME. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE JOB, SOLDERING JOBS COME WITH NO WARRANTY. ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND/OR WATER CORROSION WILL ALSO NOT BE COVERED UNDER THE 30 DAY WARRANTY. IF NO LOCKSCREEN PASSWORD IS GIVEN, THE PART REPAIRED ON THE DEVICE CAN NOT BE TESTED AND SO IF THE PART NEEDS TO BE REPLACED UNDER THE 30 DAY WARRANTY, LABOR WILL BE CHARGED. REPAIRING A DEVICE WITH ANY SORT OF LIQUID DAMAGE CAN CAUSE THE DEVICE NOT TO POWER ON UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROTECTIVE COVERS BROKEN/DAMAGED IN ATTEMPTS TO REMOVE FROM DEVICE. ALL ISSUES WITH THE DEVICE MUST BE CLEARLY STATED ON THE REPAIR FORM AND NO CUSTOMER SHALL HOLD PHONE-A-HOLICS RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES OUTSIDE OF THE ONE(S) REPORTED ON THE REPAIR FORM. REPAIR FORM MUST BE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO SIGNING. PHONE-A-HOLICS IS NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THERE ARE ANY UNFORSEEN PROBLEMS WITH THE DEVICE THAT ARE NOT CLEARLY STATED IN THE REPAIR FORM. PLEASE NOTE ANY REPAIRS ON ADMINISTERED ON A DEVICE WILL CAUSE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY TO BE VOIDED. WE USE ALL HIGH-GRADE AFTERMARKET PARTS TO CATER OUR OUT-OF-WARRANTY DEVICES AND ALSO SELL REFURBISHED PARTS. PHONE-A-HOLICS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVICES NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE IT WAS DROPPED OFF AND IS SUBJECT TO RESELL TO COVER FOR REPAIR COSTS.

READ THE STORE POLICY POSTED TO THE LEFT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR DEVICE FOR REPAIR. DURING THE COURSE OF REPAIR, COMPLETE EFFORT AND CARE WILL BE USED TO DISCHARGE OUR PROFESSIONAL REPAIR DUTIES ON ALL DEVICES. 30 DAY WARRANTY ON REPAIRS COMPLETED BY US WHEN OUR PART IS USED FOR INSTALLATION. SOLDERING JOBS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER TO 30 DAY WARRANTY. ANY PHONES UNSUCCESSFULLY PREVIOUSLY ATTEMPTED TO BE REPAIRED ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND/OR LIQUID DAMAGE, OR ANY ISSUES CAUSED BY THESE, WILL NOT BE COVERED UNER THE 30 DAY WARRANTY (THIS INCLUDES BENT FRAMES). THE 30 DAY WARRANTY IS ONLY HONORED WHEN THE IMEI IS PROVIDED IN ITS ENTIRETY. IF THE PASSWORD IS NOT GIVEN OR GIVEN INCORRECTLY AND THERE IS AN ISSUE WITHIN THE 30 DAYS, LABOR WILL BE CHARGED AS THE DEVICE WAS UNABLE TO BE TESTED BEFORE INSTALLATION. REPAIRING A DEVICE WITH ANY SORT OF LIQUID DAMAGE CAN CAUSE THE DEVICE NOT TO POWER ON UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES AND IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE 30 DAY WARRANTY. ALL ISSUES/PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS WITH THE DEVICE(S) MUST BE STATED ON THE REPAIR FORM AND NO CUSTOMER SHALL HOLD PHONE-A-HOLICS, ITS EMPLOYEES, OR MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE FIXED (FOR EXAMPLE A PROBLEM WITH THE LOGICBOARD). REPAIR FORM MUST BE READ TO ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO SIGNING. PHONE-A-HOLICS IS NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THERE ARE ANY UNFORSEEN PROBLEMS WITH THE DEVICE INCLUDING THE RESETTING OR CRASHING IF THE DEVICE. OUR PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS WILL DO THEIR VERY BEST TO MAKE SURE ALL DEVICES WORKED ON WILL STAY CLOSE TO THE ORIGINAL SHAPE, DESIGN, AND STRUCTURE. WITH THAT BEING SAID, SOME DEVICES, DUE TO THEIR CURING OF OCA/LOCA WILL RESULT IN BEING THE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE NOT ANY REPAIRS ADMINISTERED ON A DEVICE WILL CAUSE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY TO BE VOIDED. WE USE HIGH-GRADE QUALITY AFTER MARKET PARTS TO CATER TO OUT OF WARRANTY DEVICES. PHONE-A-HOLICS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVICES NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE IT WAS DROPPED OFF AND IS SUBJECT TO RESELL TO COVER FOR REPAIR COSTS. IF FOR WHATEVER REASON, THE DEVICE IS UNABLE TO BE REPAIRED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED THE REPAIR AMOUNT MINUS THE LABOR. PROVIDING CUSTOMER SIGNATURE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE POLICY AND DISCLAIMER, AND ARE CONSENTING TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED WITHIN THEM FOR THE DURATION OF THE REPAIR AND THE 30 DAYS AFTERWARDS.
